Sexological therapy for the patterns that shape desire, intimacy and sexual wellbeing

Sexuality can be connected to pleasure, closeness and vitality, but also to uncertainty, pressure, shame or disconnection. Changes in desire or intimacy do not necessarily mean that something is wrong with you or your relationship. They may reflect what is happening in your body, your life, your relationships or the meanings you have learned to associate with sex.

Sexuality is not only something we share with a partner. It is also part of the relationship we have with ourselves.

Sexological therapy offers a confidential space to explore these experiences with curiosity and without judgement. Together, we can work towards a relationship with sexuality that feels more conscious, authentic and connected to your own boundaries, needs and desires.

Sessions are available in both Danish and English.

Sexual dilemmas can take many forms

Sexual concerns do not always begin with sex itself. They may be connected to what is happening in the body, the relationship, our emotional life or the expectations we have learned to associate with sexuality.

Sometimes the difficulty is clear, such as pain, changes in desire or different sexual needs within a relationship. At other times, it may be harder to name. It could be a feeling of pressure, disconnection from the body, uncertainty about boundaries or the sense that intimacy no longer feels natural.
